I'm Kasia Bradford, and my journey is a testament to resilience and the transformative power of leadership and personal empowerment. As an immigrant teenager grappling with the challenges of a new world, overcoming a decade-long battle with an eating disorder, and enduring the heartache of a life-threatening pregnancy loss, I’ve encountered an odyssey of change. My life story is marked by pivotal transitions—from navigating the turbulence of ending a marriage and exiting a successful 25-year career in the CPA and IT sectors, to architecting a thriving coaching enterprise. This crucible of transformation ignited my quest to answer the profound question, "Who am I?"
Embracing my narrative of reinvention, I launched my life coaching practice 14 years ago, fueled by a driving force to share the life-altering influence coaching had in propelling me through career shifts, a divorce, corporate leadership roles, and the myriad challenges of creating and scaling a business as a single parent. My mission? To guide ambitious individuals on a journey from a state of stagnation and confusion to a peak of extraordinary achievement.
Through my work, I reconnect my clients with their vision, purpose and personal power. I support them in breaking up with their old stories and fully owning their confidence so they can lead their life empowered!
